At the end of the tour, our transportation will take you back to Tena.

    Rafting

    1. Do I need to know how to swim?

    It's not mandatory, but it is recommended. We use certified life jackets that ensure buoyancy even if you don't know how to swim.

    2. Is rafting dangerous?

    Like any adventure activity, it involves risks, but we work with certified professional guides and follow strict safety protocols.

    3. What does the tour include?

    Round-trip transportation, certified guide, full equipment (life jacket, helmet, paddle, and jacket on cold days), safety briefing, snack or lunch (depending on the tour), and digital photos of the trip.

    4. What should I bring?

    Comfortable quick-dry clothing, swimsuit, closed shoes that won't slip off (they will get wet), towel, dry clothes for after the tour, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

    5. Is there an age limit?

    Yes. For Class II rivers, children from 5 years old can participate. For Class III, from 12 years old, and for Class IV, the minimum is 15 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

    6. Can I go rafting if I have no experience?

    Absolutely! We have options that are perfect for beginners and families. Plus, our guides give a safety briefing before each tour.

    7. How long does the tour last?

    Half-day tours last about 3 hours in total (2 hours on the water). Full-day tours last between 5 and 6 hours, with around 4 hours on the river.

    8. What if it rains?

    The activity goes on even if it rains, unless there are extreme conditions or thunderstorms.

    9. Can I bring my camera or phone?

    We take photos during the tour. If you wish to bring your device, we’ll provide a waterproof case, but it's at your own risk.

    10. Can I go rafting if I have a medical condition?

    It depends on the case. If you have heart problems, epilepsy, or recent injuries, please consult your doctor before participating.

    11. How many people go per raft?

    Usually between 6 and 8 people, plus the guide. This may vary depending on the river flow and group size.

    12. Should I book in advance?

    Yes, we recommend booking at least 1 or 2 days in advance to ensure availability and coordinate logistics.

    13. Can children or elderly people join?

    Yes, we have routes suitable for families with children or older adults, as long as they are in basic physical condition. Please check with us.

    14. What happens if I cancel my reservation?

    If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, 50% will be refunded. No refunds apply for payments made via bank transfer.


    Jungle Tours

    1. What does the jungle tour include?

    Transportation, native guide, all meals, jungle hikes, wildlife spotting, and cultural visits.

    2. What kind of clothing should I bring?

    Long-sleeve shirts or t-shirts, comfortable pants (no jeans), a rain poncho or waterproof jacket, hat, swimsuit, and boots or closed-toe shoes for hiking.

    3. Is it safe to be near animals?

    Yes. Most animals avoid contact with humans. Our guide is trained to ensure the safety of both the group and the wildlife.

    4. How long does it take to get to the jungle?

    It depends on the tour, but we usually depart from Tena or Misahuallí. The journey is by car and/or canoe and takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

    5. Is there cell phone signal or internet access?

    Generally not. Disconnecting is part of the experience. We recommend letting your contacts know before your departure.

    6. Are the tours suitable for children or older adults?

    Yes, we offer easy hiking routes ideal for families. We adjust the difficulty level according to the group.

    7. Do I need prior experience?

    No. You just need a sense of adventure, a willingness to walk, follow instructions, and respect nature.

    8. Will I see animals like monkeys or snakes?

    Very likely. While sightings are not guaranteed, we often see birds, monkeys, insects, frogs, and other iconic Amazon wildlife.
