OPTION 1: Jatunyacu Full Day
Departure: 9 am or 1:30 pm (arrive 15 minutes early)
Level: Class III – III+

Itinerary:
We meet at the Caveman Adventures office at 9:00 AM. From there, we drive about 50 minutes to the Cando area, where the adventure begins. Upon arrival, we provide all necessary equipment and a safety briefing. Then we start rafting down the Jatunyacu River, known for its crystal-clear water and fun rapids. Midway through, we stop for a delicious riverside lunch, with the chance to visit a local community and purchase handmade crafts surrounded by nature and good vibes. We continue paddling until we reach Puerto Napo, where the tour ends. Transportation will bring us back to Tena in the late afternoon.

Itinerary:
We meet at 9:00 AM at our office in Tena, then head to the starting point—either Cando or Serena, depending on weather conditions. There, you’ll receive your gear and a full safety briefing to ensure a fun and secure experience.
The journey covers approximately 18 km on the majestic Jatunyacu River, featuring exciting rapids and calmer sections to enjoy the scenery. During the trip, we make a short stop for riverside snacks and to visit a local community where you can buy handmade crafts. We then continue paddling to the end point and return to Tena by private transportation.
